Please note that, as we operate via dropshipping, items may be shipped directly from our suppliers. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, a return or exchange may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

As orders are fulfilled through a dropshipping model, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or exchanges are processed once the item has been received and inspected.
